Contractors of Iran LNG project are responsible for obtaining on contractor’s or client’s behalf all permits and licenses necessary
for the realization of the project, except for the land acquisition permit which is the responsibility of client.
Iran LNG company will initiate all formal contacts with the government and local authorities and any subsequent
contact with the authorities will be directly made by contractor. However, client will support contractor and facilitate
the process for obtaining permits and licenses.
